Usage

If the image has an appropriate rationale then a reviewer will append
|image has rationale=yes
This will stop the message in the lower part of the template from being displayed.
Use of this template in the File space assigns pages to Category:Non-free biographical images.
If |year= is defined, and Category:Non-free biographical images published in ''year'' exists, the page will be assigned to that subcategory instead of to the general Category:Non-free biographical images.
